Compass is an AI companion designed to help you reflect and find direction. It is a thinking partner, not a licensed professional.

Compass is not therapy, medical, legal, financial or professional advice. It supports reflection — not decision making.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Compass. In some jurisdictions the minimum age is higher — check local law.

Please don’t use Compass to harm yourself or others, break the law, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, or that infringes on someone else’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, put other people at risk, or repeatedly violate these Terms. Where possible, we’ll reach out before taking that step.

Anything you share with Compass — your reflections, notes, memories — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

The Compass name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, icons, visual identity, original content, software, user interface and overall platform design are owned by Compass (or our licensors, where applicable) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You’re welcome to use Compass for its intended purpose — reflecting, thinking, growing.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from any part of Compass, and you may not use the Compass name, logo or branding without our prior written permission.

If you’d like to write about Compass, partner with us, or reference the brand somewhere, just email yourcompassapp@gmail.com — we’re usually happy to help.

Compass uses AI to generate responses. Those responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misunderstand what you meant.

Please always exercise your own judgement before acting on anything Compass suggests. Compass is designed to support reflection — not to make decisions for you.

Compass is not designed for emergency situations.

If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional right away. Compass cannot replace urgent human help.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work hard to keep Compass available and reliable, but occasional downtime, maintenance windows or unexpected interruptions can happen and can’t always be avoided.

Compass will keep evolving. Features may be added, changed or removed over time as the product grows. We’ll do our best to communicate meaningful changes clearly.

If you voluntarily share suggestions, ideas or feedback with us, we may use them to improve Compass without any obligation or additional compensation to you. Thank you — it genuinely helps.

Compass is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI responses will always be accurate.

The insights Compass surfaces are prompts for your own thinking — not conclusions to act on blindly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compass and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local consumer protection laws grant you stronger rights, those rights continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Meaningful changes will be communicated inside the product or by email. Continued use of Compass after an update means you accept the revised terms.
